If you want a souvenir then read on...

I feel like I haven't written in a long time. And I won't be able to write everything I want to right now because it's hard to keep my eyes open. I've been at the beach all day and the sun makes me super tired.

I was taking a shower tonight after the beach and the water ran out. I had to use a water bottle to get the soap off of me. I am in Mexico...

Then my roommate was in the shower and the water ran out on her too.

Ohhh, and I ate mustard today. And yesterday too. I think 3 times already. I'm growing up.

Oh, also, two days ago we went to see Iron Man 2 (in English with Spanish subtitles) and it was only 40 pesos! Which is like 4 bucks. Nice, huh? And plus, the movie came out here 2 days before it did in the states. The day of Iron Man was a crappy day for toilet paper. I went pee THREE times that day and realized that I had no TP after I had already peed. It was so annoying! I cannot believe it happened three times in one day (and twice at the movie theater... in two different stalls).

Okay chicos, here comes the good part. I've done most of my shopping already... I know I still have 5 and a half weeks left (uh ohhh), but if you want a specific souvenir then tell me now.

  1. If you see any soccer "uniforms" or outfits. In size 7 or 8 ,or big, LOL J would LOVE one for soccer practice this year. I can't remember the team that we got him in TJ but when he wore it to soccer when he was 3 his coach said, "That's my favorite team!"
Oh and those mu mu type dresses, I don't know what they are called in Mexico, but the ones that have the embroidery on them for women. A big one like I can wear to the beach over my swuimsuit."Do you get what I'm telling you kid??"

That would be WAyyy cool!! Muchos gracias.

  2. Yes, I totally know what you're saying. Surprisingly I haven't found many of the dress kinds for adults, but lots of shirts. But I will look! And as far as the uniform for J... any specific color?

Oh and we are having a baby at the end of this year, so I need a BIG dress, for the beach, if you see them. If not, no worries.
Thank you. I'll pay for them when you get back;0)

  5. A baby?!?!?!?! That`s so exciting! Have it before I go on a mission :-) Or maybe that`s a bad idea because then I won`t want to leave.
    Oh my gosh! Congrats!

    P.S. It`s a gift from Mexico silly!

  6. I would like Mexican clothes, like a dress or a shirt. Of course, only if you see something I'll like. If not, I'd like one of those metal tortilla pressers. I use to have one one I was little. And if you still have no luck, I know they have pretty vases :)
